Removing Restriction

Dear Umesh - An application to cancel a Form A/joint ownership restriction must be made in Form RX3 together with evidence to show that the restriction is no longer required. If you are the registered owner, you can use form ST5 to supply the necessary evidence in support of your application.

There is no fee payable.

please could you explain how to obtain the confirmation of identity to send with form RX3. I am completting it as beneficiary without a conveyancer. Manhy thanks

Effric - evidence of identity is not required with a form RX3 application. Form RX3 is used to apply to cancel a restriction - see PG 19  Practice guide 19: notices, restrictions and the protection of third-party interests in the register - GOV.UK
