Which forms to use to discharge a private loan

There are two charges against the property for two loans made by family members. The family members wish to remove those charges and release the estate from any liabilities. Am I right in thinking the correct things to send are: Witnessed deed of release Form DS1 x 2 - one for each of the charges Form AP1 x1 - one for the property (or should this be DS2?) Form ID3 x2 - one for each of the lenders The witness is an accountant - do we need photocopy of their passport Do we need two copies of the accountants passport - one for each lender?

Christine - you can use form AP1 or DS2, either works here. ID3s for the lenders and I would suggest that they submit their own application(s). If someone else does then we need ID3 for them also. Witnesses do not need to have their identities verified
