We intend to transfer part of a title and keep the remainder.

I think this requires an AP1 and a TP1 to be submitted with the correct fee, in our case £655.
There are certain rights granted and reserved to the proprietors and their successors, is it correct to say that those rights and reservations automatically form part of the new title?

The part to be transferred is the property (dwelling A) named on the original title. The part to be retained is the curtilage land containing two further dwellings B and C. These two dwellings are converted former outbuildings with their own UPRN and council rate bills.
Which application should be made for the remainder title to reflect the names that dwellings B and C are known as?

Many thanks in anticipation

Annette - rights (easements) registered against the original/parent title can be carried forward to the newly created title as appropriate
As to the postal addresses to be used for the new 'part' you should include that in the application and submit a copy of the local authority letter confirming the new postal addresses also

I prepared an AP1 with the fee of £655 for a TP1.  Box3 of AP1 refers to "part of the title as shown" edged in red on the plan to the transfer dated ...
When you say "can be carried forward", does that mean to request it?
On the TP1 in box12, will I need to enter "as in title[Box1]" for the rights and reservations of the original title to be carried forward on the new title, or does that happen automatically?

I read the thread
https://customerhelp.landregistry.gov.uk/forums/register-and-title-plan/74fd6eb5-6b11-ed11-a81b-6045bd0ea026#:~:text=Write%20to%20us%20or%20complete,department%20of%20the%20Local%20Authority.
The change of address is for the remainder of title[Box1]
Should I, therefore, prepare another AP1?
In box3 should I refer to the whole title (as there is another AP1 for the TP1 with the correct address for that one)
or in box3 should I enter  "part of the title as shown" edged in blue, and attach the plan together with the other documents required for the address change in box5?

Annette - by 'carried forward' I mean that when we register the transfer of part we will 'carry forward' those entries that affect. You don't request it.
Panel 12 is for any new provisions, rights etc to be included in the Transfer
No re two AP1s. You can include the information under the single application
