OS2 forms

Hello, my solicitor has only just informed me that she is waiting for the os2 form to come back even though we were supposed to exchange last week and due to complete on Wednesday. What are the wait times for the os2 for a new build property I’m really desperate for it to come back asap. Thanks

Hello Bea - most OS2s are processed within 2 days. 3 at most. Applicants are advised to submit their OS2s at least 5 days before their planned completion date

We are supposed to complete on Wednesday and we still haven’t had ours back. So I’m starting to panic now. I think she submitted it on Friday

If they submitted Friday then it should be processed later today/tomorrow
