Evidence for change of name /AP1

Hi,

I sent an AP1 form to change my name after marriage on the 10th May. 
I was just wondering whether I will be updated when the change has been updated on the register?

wonder if I have some help and clarification.....

What sections do I need to fill out on the AP1 form in order to just change the deeds into my married name? there's so many sections and I'm a little confused.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
