TR1 & ID1 from 2019 not submitted

Myself and leaseholders purchased the freehold 6 years ago. At this time the TR1 and ID1 (for freeholder) were provided. I understand updated ID1 is required as it must be dated within 3mths of submission. Is the TR1 still valid dated 2019 with the updated ID1?

Julie - correct re ID1. The 2019 TR1 can still be accepted for registration purposes but whoever applies to update the register needs to provide a written explanation as to why it was not submitted and registered in 2019.
