Discharging two Charges

I'm completing an eAP1 via the Portal and have two Charges to discharge - one will be electronically, but one will be by DS1.  The eAP1 doesn't seem to allow for this.  Do I select the option for "I will submit the discharge later", and then just attach the DS1 as "evidence", as there isn't an option for discharge?  

Irene - you should be able to add two discharge transactions separately, one with DS1 as evidence, and one with “I will submit the discharge later”.
As long as you've highlighted that there are two discharge transactions then we can identify which is which so to speak re e-DS1 and paper

Thanks.  I'd only selected discharge of charge once in the transaction type at the start
