<p data-end=410 data-start=146>Wife currently owns the full title to a property. She wishes to gift a 50% share of the property to her Husband so that they&#160;both become equal legal and beneficial owners, holding the property as <em data-end=369 data-start=350>tenants in common</em>. There is no mortgage on the property.</p> <p data-end=428 data-start=412><strong data-end=426 data-start=412>Questions:</strong></p> <ol data-end=664 data-start=429> <li data-end=501 data-start=429> <p data-end=501 data-start=432>Which Land Registry forms do we need to complete for this transfer</p> </li> <li data-end=584 data-start=502> <p data-end=584 data-start=505>Can these forms be submitted through the Business e-Services (online portal)</p> </li> <li data-end=664 data-start=585> <p data-end=664 data-start=588>Will the Land Registry accept electronic signatures on all required forms?</p> </li> </ol> <p data-end=708 data-start=666>Thank you very much for your assistance.</p>
