Hello
I'm the Executor of an Estate. I will be transferring a property to a Beneficiary without a Conveyancer.
D1 form has been notarised by a Notary public/Solicitor.

Is the D1 form sufficient for evidence of Identity? Do I need to submit a certified copy of Utility bills and passport copy?
Thank you.

Hello Shona - ID1/conveyancer or ID3/others as listed are required for both you and the beneficiary - Evidence of identity (PG67) - GOV.UK

Hello Adam - Thank you.
I have notarised ID1 [notarised Public/Solicitor] documents for me as transferor.
Sorry so the beneficiary also has to have an ID1 or ID3?

- in addition do I need to include utility bills and copy of passport or are ID1 or ID3 sufficient?

Shona - yes, the beneficiary also needs to have their identity verified. ID1 and ID3 standalone so you provide one or the other. The utility bills etc help the verifier to complete their task and the form. They aren't then submitted to us - the forms explain that ion more detail for you and the verifier
