Hi, I would like to complete AP1 to change the name of our property (NT270836 - we want to drop all references to kennels and cattery, but are keeping the name but as one word not two). I have gone through the change of name process with the Council, and they've emailed the confirmation to me. Please could you let me know what other documents I need to submit with the form, and do I need to certify them at all? 

To complicate matters, our property has been known by multiple variations of its name and the village (and even the post code by the VOA) over the years! The Council has told me all previous 'names' will be superseded by the new name, but this isn't referenced/confirmed on the agreement letter. And the address they've used on their agreement letter differs to that which is on the Land Registry records. It's all a bit of a mess. If I send copies of everything I can, along with an explanatory letter would the suffice, or do I need to do something else?

Hi Louise - just the form plus a copy of the confirmation from the council. We will match the registered information to the confirmed postal address
