Transfer of 50% ownership

I am looking to transfer my 50% of ownership of a property to my wife, my father in law owns the other 50%.

Since my father-in-laws ownership is not changing, am I required to only state mine and my wife's details and ID on AP1 and TP1? 

Angus - you can only ever transfer the WHOLE of the legal ownership so if the two  of you are the registered owners then you will both be transferring to the three of you using forms AP1 and TR1. All three will need to have your identities verified.
