ST5 forms

TGL 359680. I understand it was requested in July that I complete a ST5, now 10 weeks later James has been requested to complete an ST5, should these have been requested at the same time? Or is it an oversight by my solicitor ?

Barbara - the original issue re the submitted paperwork was raised with the solicitor back in July. They then replied on 21st August with new/amended paperwork. And we went back to them on 22nd Oct to explain why that was insufficient.<br> You'll need to speak to the solicitor themselves to clarify what the issues have been and why what they requested of you has, as yet, not proven to be sufficient for us to update the register<br> When we raised the original request we asked them to provide sufficient evidence to enable the register to be updated. If they've now asked for a second ST5 then presumably they have decided that's what's required<br> TGL359680
