Is an ADV1 needed when making an application for adverse possession if the land is currently unregistered? I would expect not but I would like to be sure before applying.

Smaley I - form FR1 is needed as per our PG 5 guidance https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/adverse-possession-of-1-unregistered-land-and-2-registered-land
