Hr4 form

Hi my wife’s father passed away so are in the middle of selling the property there is a homes right notice that didn’t get removed after my wife’s father and mother divorced do we need to do a hr4 form to remove the notice and do we first need to complete the id1 to be able to remove the notice thanks
