Hi, there is a middle name missing from one of the proprietor names on my property register, which needs updating before a house move. How can I do this?

Hi Sam - you can report the error using our online contact form
However if you think the error was made when registering the owner, based on the Transfer submitted missing the full name, then I would suggest applying to update the register using form AP1 (panels 1-7 inc and 15) and providing a certified copy of the passport (name) page or driving licence confirming the full name
If you are using a conveyancer then I would recommend that they make the application for expediency

Since this last reply, I have completed an AP1 form, we will get a certified copy of the passport sent also. Do I need to complete an ID form as well as an unrepresented person?
Also is the only way to submit this form via Post?

Thank you, so I will get this form and a copy of the passport signed by our regulated financial advisor sent in the post.

Can the certified copy of the passport with the signature be a copy, as is the signature is made and then scanned back to me to print and send?
