However if you think the error was made when registering the owner, based on the Transfer submitted missing the full name, then I would suggest applying to update the register using
form AP1 (panels 1-7 inc and 15) and providing a certified copy of the passport (name) page or driving licence confirming the full name
If you are using a conveyancer then I would recommend that they make the application for expediency
