Question: On the TR1 Panel 12 (execution), does a Transferor who is remaining on the property, but transferring a share of the property to a sibling have to sign 2 separate execution boxes, one as Transferee and another as Transferor?

In other words 3 executions required:

1. Transferor signs as Transferor
2. Transferor signs as Transferee
3. Sibling signs as Transferee

OR can the Transferor just sign once? in which case 2 executions:

1. Transferor signs
2. Sibling signs as Transferee

Thanks!
