Thanks in advance for your help.
I am contacting you from Spain, where I live.
The question is that, as part of a divorce agreement, I am keeping the sole ownership of a property in Englad and need to remove my husband from the Deeds.
I have the absolute Decree from an Spanish Court. It ahs been translated and have the apsotille.
Which form do I need to fill in and submmit?.
I do appreciatte your help.

Gloria - The whole of the title for the property has to be transferred from those who are currently named as the owners on the register (I assume that's two of you) to whoever is to be registered as the new owner (that would be you, I guess).
The transfer must be executed, i.e. signed in presence of a witness, by both of you.
