Help Needed: Withdrawing RX1 Restriction After Settlement

I previously registered an RX1 restriction on a property as part of a transaction with a vendor. When the vendor failed to sell the property, we reached a settlement where I received £15,000 as compensation and legal fees. This payment has now been completed.

I'm now ready to withdraw the restriction and understand I need to use form RX4. Could anyone confirm:

1. Is RX4 the correct form?
2. What supporting documents do I need to include with my application?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
