Submitting form ID1 from overseas

Following a family bereavement, ownership of a property has passed to siblings.  

I live overseas and need to complete an ID Form.  ID1
My sister will be posting her ID1 form and the Property transfer form by post as she lives in the UK. 

No problem getting the form sorted, but the form notes talk about submitting it electronically.  The form is OK but the passport sized photo on photographic paper is obviously going to be scanned. 

Having said that, I cannot find any way to electronically submit the form online.    Can you advise an email address I can send it to please?   

Mark - you can't submit the form/verification electronically or by email. It will need to be submitted along with the actual application and other identity verification(s) as appropriate
