Advice on RX4

LA921714 The solicitors for the Lender in our case (not a bank or building society) have finally agreed to allow the house sale to go ahead and remove the Restriction. They will be submitting an RX4. I am concerned that, if their request relates to a charge on the property and there is no visible charge registered, will this cause delays?

Kate - No. The RX4 solely relates to withdrawal of the restriction. LA921714
