I am looking at buying a plot of land. The whole of the land has been divided into two plots, the first plot has been sold off by way of a TP1 and is currently lodged with the land registry and awaiting registration. The remainder of the land is now being sold off, there will be no land retained by the seller. Please can you confirm if the transfer of the second plot should be a TP1 or a TR1?

Laura - it could be either but in my experience it would normally be a TR1 as they are transferring the whole of the remaining title.
