We are selling a small portion of a field to a neighbour. The partition is angled round a corner of our mutual boundary, so 2 sides are determined by that. The remaining shape is determined by 3 points with posts knocked in and agreed measurements from the exisiting boundary. Three questions: Can we submit a copy of our own title plan showing the partition as a hatched area, or would that be a breach of the copyright rules? Can we show the relevant measurements on the plan so as to be more accurate than simply drawing to scale? And/or should we include the measurements in a description of the partition? Would we still need a plan in this case? Thanks
