HR1 form Question 6 & 7 help please

I have been told by solicitor that My husband is not advised I have done this Unless he try's to sell the Property . Hi Tracy - 1. No<br> 2. The owner of the property, your husband, is notified on completion of the application. This is explained on the form HR1<br> 3. hi i need help in filling 6 and 7 . (6) As im living on that address which is different from registered address. so im confused which address i have to give in option 6 . the old one or new . On old address my wife is living there. so i want all letters from Land registry . and in question 7 . can i give my relatives address and my frind email address.&#160;

Hi Haider - panel 6 should be completed with the name, address, email and phone number of the person sending us the application and to whom we will then raise any queries with and send confirmation to once the register has been updated.<br> Panel 7 is for the address of the person being named on the register as the spouse whose rights are being protected (the person named in panel 5)

as im doing that by myself so can i write same address on both 6 and 7 .&#160;

That would appear to be the right option for you to receive any contact from us - only thing to bear in mind is whether you want you new/current address to appear on the register. That is sometimes a key consideration for some spouses and they opt for an alternative or care of address for that reason
