HR1 form Question 6 & 7 help please

Hello,
I am completing the form but really not sure what info I put in questions 6 & 7.
I presume that I am the one applying that I put my address in question 7 but what address do I put in question 6?
Is it my address again?, the address of home rights notice? or address of owner of the title deeds?

Hello Ian - panel 6 should be completed with your name, address, email and phone number
Panel 7 is for the address(es) the person with the protected rights (You I assume) wants to appear on the register - see the side note which explains how you can have up to 3 addresses

Can I put the postal address where me and my husband still living in now ? But I will move out later and have new postal address  but at the moment I haven’t move out yet so I don’t know which postal address yet. Can you please advise me what should I do ? Thank you 

Sarah - the choice of postal address is yours to make. We will use it as a point of contact as appropriate and if you then wish to change it you can apply to do so.

Hi Sarah - if you wish to apply to update the register re your contact address at a later point then you would do so using form AP1 - Change the register (AP1) - GOV.UK

How about form COG1 ? Is it similar to AP1 ?

Sarah - COG1 is used when updating the owner's address for example. As your interest is to be protected by way of a Notice on the register the requirements are different

I need to complete a HR1 form to get my name on the House deeds , I have not filed my divorce yet ! 
1. Do I need to file my Divorce First ? 
2. I have been told by solicitor that My husband is not advised I have done this Unless he try's to sell the Property . Is this correct ? 
3. do I need to send any other documents off with the form ?

2. The owner of the property, your husband, is notified on completion of the application. This is explained on the form HR1

hi i need help in filling 6 and 7 . (6) As im living on that address which is different from registered address. so im confused which address i have to give in option 6 . the old one or new . On old address my wife is living there. so i want all letters from Land registry . and in question 7 . can i give my relatives address and my frind email address. 

Hi Haider - panel 6 should be completed with the name, address, email and phone number of the person sending us the application and to whom we will then raise any queries with and send confirmation to once the register has been updated.
Panel 7 is for the address of the person being named on the register as the spouse whose rights are being protected (the person named in panel 5)
