change trustees of a property held in a will trust

Without using a solicitor I would like to change the trustees (all agreed) of a property held will trust. Our solicitors so far have been a disaster and this is one job they failed to do when they registered the new trustees for the trust. This has been done. I believe I need to complete TR1 Does each of the trustees - new and existing also need to complete a ID3? Fees: How much do we pay and how do we pay it?!

Jacqueline - if the trustees are transferring to new trustees then forms AP1 and TR1 are required. If the transfer is by way of a gift, so no monies involved, then the fee is payable under Scale 2 on the current market value of the property. All parties will need their identities verified
