Adverse Possession of Unregistered Land

Good morning I am submitting an application for adverse possession of a small patch of unregistered land (80square metres). As such I am completing forms: FR1, DL & ST1. However I am unsure whether I need to provide form ID1. The guidance states, for completing the evidence of identity panel for FR1, that "You do not have to complete panels 14 and 16 if you are applying for voluntary first registration". However I can't establish if I need to provide evidence of identity as a result of the adverse possession application. Please can you help?
