I have posted this in a different/wrong area.

My daughter is gifting a property to her brother who lives in the property.  There is no mortgage and no money will exchange hands.  It seems to be quite straightforward.  

She has completed section A of TR1 and they are both in the process of obtaining online ID Verifications with a solicitor using ID5.
1. Will an AP1 also need to be completed included?  
2. The AP1 seeks ID Verification.  Will the ID5 be OK?
