Forms for transferring part ownership on death

My Father in law died recently and left all his property and assets to his daughter in his will. He owned his home as 'tenants in common' 50/50 with his wife who still lives in the home. Which forms are required to transfer his 50% share to his daughter?<br> <br> Thank you
