Completeing AP1 Form for Land Purchase with No conveyanser

Hello,

i am currently in the process of purchasing a small segment of land from my local coucil it is a section from a larger plot, the land is less than £6000 and i am not using a conyeyanser, i have completed all the form but a little confused by the ID section as i have read in the support documents this isnt required due to the land being under £6000.

is there anything i need to add to the form if not completeing the ID Check
