Thanks Adam for your help on the other thread.

And appreciate your help with the following -- just want to make sure I'm getting everything right.

AS 1

-- in Box 5, I identify myself as the Executor of the Estate. Is there any particular extra language I have to use in Box 12? Can I just say something like: "As per the Will of the [deceased}, I transfer the deed of [address} to the transferees listed above." Then sign and have my signature witnessed?
-- do I have to fill in anything on Box 8?

AP 1

-- in Box 4, what do I put in for the application column? "Transfer of Deed"?
-- also in Box 4, can't I pay this online? if so, do I tick the Direct Debit box?
-- in Box 5 I was going to include the Grant of Probate. Is there anything else I need?
-- in Box 10, if I include the names and addresses of the beneficiaries here, do I have to do the same in Box 9?
-- in Box 14, do I include my name and the names of the beneficiaries?

And one last question (I hope.)

Do I have to file an ID3 along with the AS1 and AP1?

Slight issue: the guidance says that both the verifier and myself have to have UK passports. I hold an EU Passport, but am resident in the UK. Can I show that passport to the verifier?

Paul - you need to read and follow the guidance provided on how to complete the panels on the form AS1 and AP1
Guidance: how to complete form AS1 - GOV.UK and
Guidance: completing form AP1 - GOV.UK
The guidance takes you through each panel in turn
If you can't comply with the ID3 requirements you will have to rely on form ID1/conveyancer - Practice guide 67: evidence of identity - GOV.UK
That guidance states "The person whose identity is to be verified and the verifier must both hold a current valid UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man full passport."

thanks. but re the ID1...are you saying that the only way to get around my not holding a UK passport (even though I have full legal status here?) is to hire a conveyancer to fill out the forms and confirm my identity?

Paul - as you don't have a UK passport you will need a conveyancer to verify your identity as per the form ID1/PG 67 guidance.
You don't have to use a conveyancer to complete and make the actual application
