We have to raise an ID form for a trustee acting in a transfer of property related to the incorporation of a CASC. As I understand it, this would normally be a form ID3, however the change in qualification of verifiers for ID3 makes the use of an ID1 more straightforward for us. We are raising forms ID2 for the other parties in the transfer and have a conveyancer arranged to verify these forms. They are qualified to verify form ID1 so would submitting an ID1 in lieu of an ID3 be appropriate.

Thanks

Brian - ID1 and ID3 are alternatives that can both be used for identity verification. ID1 is the original form to be used and in reality form ID3 can be used instead of ID1.
