Rachel - No. It means it is waiting to be processed but the fact that an application has been submitted protects the removal.
If there's a house sale reliant on the application being processed then a
request to expedite it should be submitted. But in the circumstances I'll ask colleagues to expedite it based on your contact here. Expedition reduces the remaining wait time and hopefully it can be processed quickly from here.
Two things to flag are that expedition is not a magic wand so everything has to be in order before we can remove the Notice. And as you have submitted the HR4 based on a signed-release we may have to serve notice on you to confirm that it is genuine/in order to remove the entry. If we do then you must wait for receipt of that notification and respond as directed in the notice received.
