Form AP1 - box 14

Hello, I am completing form AP1 without the aid of a conveyancer. My sister and I are both the executors and beneficiaries of our mother's will and we have inherited her house. However, our brother is also an executor but has not inherited the house with us. We would like some guidance on how to fill in box 14 as there is no mortgage involved. Who is the transferor and who is the transferee? Thanks
