Passport Photo requirement 1D3

Hello Adam

Is it a requirement to send a passport photograph with the ID3 form or will a copy of the passport suffice ?

Hello Gareth - the form does not require a passport size photograph. See panel 2.5 of the form itself which asks for details of the passport information and confirmation re the likeness
And see section 9.2 of PG 67 for confirmation
