ID3 Form

Please can anyone advise if a Civil Servant (SEO Grade or above) can sign a ID3 Form.  Its for a TR1 and AP1 Form Verification of ID.  I saw somewhere that during Covid they were allowed but not so sure now!

Hi Michelle - I'm afraid not. See PG 67 section 9.1 for a list of those authorised to complete the verification
