COG1 Date Format

Hello When completing the form, I see that the date formats presented are as follows: Date of birth: DD / MM / YY Address: From MM/YY To MM/YY If I submit my dates using DD/MM/YYYY e.g. DoB 12/10/1976, will the form be returned as incorrect? Should I just use DD/MM/YY e.g. 12/10/76? Thank you Joel

Joel - your DOB will always have a specific day, month and year so should always be completed in full. The Address information requires just a month and year for ease. If you wish to put a day along with the month and year you may do so but you don't have to. We won't reject it if you put the day as well
