Removing name from register

My partner and I own the freehold to a property registered to the pair of us as joint tenants.<br> We wish to remove my partners name from the register without any financial consideration. I / We believe that we need to complete Forms AP1, TR1 and ID1 .<br> Is this correct and can you please advise the amount of fee payable.<br> Many thanks.&#160;
