Transferring part land what forms do i need

Hi I am transferring a small piece of land to my neighbour for £1000 In have my title number and plan. What forms do I need ? I have completed TP1, AP1 do I need ID1 & ID2 are these correct, I am not a conveyancer. Regards, Linda Whitehead

Hi Linda - AP1 and TP1. You don't need ID forms if the value is less than £6K
