Description with typo in address

<p>We have a hold up in conveyancing just before we hope to exchange which I am assuming is due to the address spelling on title not matching the correct property address (it's one character off on street name) . How long is this likely to take to resolve please, Gu52 6JL No14 and can you tell if a request has been raised by conveyancer?.</p>
