2 Houses into 1 · HM Land Registry

Hi,
I converted 2 houses to 1 dwelling 30+ years ago, now looking to downsize and want to make them back into 2 houses. Do I need PP for this? What’s the process for going about this?

Hi Rashmi - PP is dealt with by your local authority so I would suggest contacting them re that. You can also contact them re allocation of new postal addresses as appropriate
