Hello<br> I'm the holder of the Letters of Administration for my mother's will in which i am the sole beneficiary of her house. Do i put my name in as Transferor and also as Transferee? Thank you&#160;

Hello Carolyn - You would put your name as both, but under Transferor it would be your name followed by &quot;...as executor of .....&quot; (your mother's name).<br> <br> Hope this helps.&#160;
