what information do I put in what panel if the application is assent?

Elizabeth - you'll need to list the Transferor(s), so the executor(s), and the Transferee(s), beneficiaries, as appropriate

I'm the holder of the Letters of Administration for my mother's will in which i am the sole beneficiary of her house. Do i put my name in as Transferor and also as Transferee? Thank you 

Hello Carolyn - You would put your name as both, but under Transferor it would be your name followed by "...as executor of ....." (your mother's name).
