Assent AP1 form

Hi Adam<br> &#160;I am applying to land registry to transfer my partners property after his death to myself&#160;<br> as sole executor and beneficiary .<br> i have completed form AS1 and am now &#160;filling in AP1. I have a few questions on this form<br> <br> Section 4 &#160;where it says Applications in priority<br> Do I just list Transfer or do I put Assent then Transfer Because I am sending AS1 and AP1<br> <br> section 5 where it asks for documents sent<br> Which documents do I list ? &#160;Certified copies of - Probate Certificate, My own passport details page and my witness passport details page Which are for the ID3 form&#160;<br> <br> many thanks&#160;<br> Maur<br> <br> <br> <br> &#160;

Hi Maureen - An Assent is in effect a Transfer but complete panel 4 to refer to ASSENT<br> Panel 5 should list the documents you are lodging so AS1, certified copy probate plus ID3 for yourself as appropriate as you are both the executor and beneficiary.<br> We don't need ID3 for anyone else so perhaps read through the guidance again to confirm what identity verification is needed -&#160;<a href="https://customerhelp.landregistry.gov.uk/guide-page-external/?stepid=2a7a55c0-8e82-eb11-a812-000d3ad48f95&amp;kbonly=true&amp;setanswer=">HMLR Guide Page &#160;· HM Land Registry</a><br> &#160;
