Following up information service request

I requested a title plan by post last week. It looked like the response is usually within a couple of days? I’ve not heard and wondered if there was an easy way to check if it had been received? I don’t need to hassle anyone, just wanted to check it had arrived (with the fee!). Thanks for any pointers

Ben - title number? It only takes a couple of days to process but you've got postal time to factor in also
