I need to register a charge over some land.
I tried using form ACD but this was rejected as I am not a commercial lender.
How do I proceed?

Paul - a legal charge (form CH1) can be registered using the application form AP1 and identity verification in forms ID1 or ID3 as appropriate
Legal charges: registration (CH1) - GOV.UK
Change the register (AP1) - GOV.UK
Practice guide 67: evidence of identity - GOV.UK
Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property. There can be significant consequences for any error. Please consider seeking legal representation. Find out about making an application without legal representation.
