When moving back to UK we had no credit history but had a new job. My father went on the mortgage and deeds so we could get the loan but he has never given us any money / payments for the house. We have now paid off the mortgage and want to take his name off as a joint owner. So going from 3 registered owners to just 2. The value is £180k and we arent using a solicitor. I have 4 questions that I need help woith please.
1. In panel 8 of TR1 Is this considered a gift or any other consideration?
2. In for AP1 what documents do I need to send in?
3. How much are the fees I need to send in with the paperwork?
4. Do I need to send in ID1 or ID3 forms?
Many thanks.

Eliza - 1. If there's no monies changing hands then it would be a gift
2. TR1 and ID forms as appropriate - see
our online guidance
3.
Scale 2
on a third of the value so £45
4. See 2 above

Thank you Adam.
From the guidance link I beleive we will need to fill in an TR1 form, an AP1 form and 3 of ID3 forms along with the fee. Is that correct?
