2 trustees added to my title deed. On my death there will remaining two, do the trustees need probate to sell my house? Getting conflicting info from solicitor. Thanks

Marie - no as the legal ownership passes to the remaining joint registered owners to deal with on your death. The legal ownership of the property does not form part of your estate when you die. It will only form part of a deceased's person's estate when the sole surviving joint owner dies. At that point probate for him/her would be required
