Name Change through Marriage but no Marriage Certificate

Good afternoon We have a client who has changed her name through marriage, and the title register needs updating to reflect this. However, she cannot find her marriage certificate. Is there a specific route to go to amend the name without the marriage certificate, or are there multiple options for the name change? Thank you
