Purchase Price

We are trying to establish the purchase price of a property . You normally get this valiw when  you do the normal £3 title search . In our case, the value is not stated on the title register

We have a e-business account with Land Registry but cannot find an option to get historical purchase price of the property. Can you please assist

Umesh - requesting historical copies is available under Information Services.

Price paid and value entries do not appear on every register so what's the title number please?

The Title number is AGL526297. We are looking for the price when property was purchased around April 2007

Umesh - that's the freehold title and #29 has a new lease registered in 2022.
So you need to go back to the previous leasehold title NGL629479 and the edition dated 6th June 2007 to see what price was paid re the leasehold title at that time
