Transferring the house from trustees to beneficiaires Will probate be required for the transfer? The trustees are the beneficiaries and executors Thanks

Marie - generally speaking probate is only required to deal with a property when the registered legal ownership is reduced to one and that person has died.
You refer to 'from trustees to beneficiaries' so I assume that there are two or more named registered legal owners and both are alive. If so then probate is not required if the two or more trustees are transferring the property

On the death of the third trustees (the mum) there will be two trustees remain so if I understand correctly probate will not be required on mum death to transfer existing trustees to beneficiaries. Thanks.
