Removal of restrictive covenant

Hello,<br> My property, along with others (but not all properties) on our small estate, is subject to an age restriction covenant imposed by Council planners. If I get an agreement from the planning authority to remove this restriction, how do I register this on the Land Registry deeds? Many thanks.<br> Margaret Potten

're above posting, finally have signed and sealed Deed removing the restrictive covenants from our property. Will use form AP1 as advised. Two questions: Is there a fee for this, and Not using a conveyancer, so will we need to complete evidence of identity forms? Many thanks, Margaret Potten
